## What it is

GetProSpace is job-management software for contractors and home-service businesses in any trade: leads, estimates, e-signed contracts, scheduling, job photos, invoices, payment records and job profit in one app.

It is used through a web app. People sign in with a phone number and a texted code. Each company's data is separate from every other company's.

## Who it is for

Owner-operators and small crews in the trades: roofing, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, remodeling, flooring, concrete, general contracting and similar work. It is not built for large construction firms with project-management or bidding needs.

## What it costs

Solo is $39 a month, Pro is $79 and Team is $149. Yearly plans are $390, $790 and $1,490. The business phone line is $45 a month per line. Every new company starts a 14-day free trial of Pro with no card. [Full details on the pricing page](https://getprospace.com/pricing).

## What it does not do yet

So nobody has to guess:

- **Customer payments.** Customers cannot pay you inside GetProSpace yet. It records the payments you receive.
- **The PDF photo report on the phone.** Drawing on a photo, before-and-after pairs and the photos every job needs work on the web and the phone; the PDF photo report is on the web app only.
- **A phone app in the app stores.** The web app works in a phone's browser. A dedicated field app is being built.
- **The phone line, the live bank link and AI-written websites are in beta.** They work but are still being proven with real use.
- **Compare-and-switch tools.** There are no importers from other contractor software yet; clients can be uploaded from a spreadsheet.

## How the AI is used

The AI drafts and suggests: captions, receipt details, schedule changes, website pages and call notes. A person confirms, and it never sends a message, signs a document or takes a payment by itself.
