GetProSpace Data Retention Policy

Effective March 13, 2025. Last updated May 10, 2026. Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform.

Retention Timelines

• Account & profile data: Active + up to 7 years after closure
• Job & workflow records: Job duration + generally 7 years after completion
• Contracts & signatures: Contract life + generally 7 years after signing
• Billing & payment records: Generally 7 years from creation or payment
• Photos & annotations: Active + up to 2 years after last access or workspace closure
• Logs & security records: Generally 12–24 months
