# How do I invite my team and choose what they see?

Open Team and invite people by phone or email, choosing a role for each. Roles are yours to define: the owner, office and crew roles you start with can be changed, and each role decides what a person can see and do.

## Step by step

1. Open Team and choose to invite someone.
2. Enter their phone number or email, and pick a role.
3. They get a link, accept it, and are on your team.
4. To change what a role can do, open Settings and choose Roles.

## Good to know

- Your plan includes a number of people. Extra people cost extra, and a plan that cannot add more says so.
- Crew roles usually see only their assigned jobs and nothing about prices.
- You can remove someone any time.
