# How do I make a photo report?

On the job's Photos card, choose Photo report (PDF). You get a PDF with your logo and contact details, the job's address and the photos grouped by phase, with their captions and any marks. Before-and-after pairs come first.

## Good to know

- It follows the phase you are looking at, so you can make a report of just the after photos.
- Where a photo was taken is never printed. When it was taken is shown only to people whose role allows it.
- The customer's own link can download a report of only the photos you shared.
- The photo report is on the web app. The phone app does not have it yet.
