# How do I make sure every job has the photos I need?

In Settings, open Photos and say how many photos you want in each phase, such as four before and four after. A job's photo box then shows what is missing, and marking the work complete reminds the person, or stops them, until the photos are there.

## Step by step

1. Open Settings and choose Photos.
2. Enter how many photos you want in each phase. Leave a phase blank to ask for nothing.
3. Choose whether a shortfall only reminds the person or stops the work being marked complete.
4. Save.

## Good to know

- Only the person who runs the company can change the list.
- Everyone can see what is asked for.
