# How do I schedule a crew?

Open Schedule, choose Add, and pick the job, the kind of entry (work, delivery, inspection, site visit or meeting), the day and time, and who is assigned. The calendar warns you before you double-book someone. The week view also shows the drive time between each day's stops.

## Step by step

1. Open Schedule and choose Add, or choose Add a day from a job.
2. Pick the job and the kind of entry.
3. Set the day and time, and assign people or a crew.
4. Save. The week and month views show it, and people see their own days.

## Good to know

- Drive times need the job's address to be picked from the suggestions.
- A crew member sees the jobs they are assigned to.
- You can also change the schedule by asking the assistant, which proposes the exact changes for you to confirm.
