# What does the AI do, and what will it never do?

The AI drafts and suggests, and a person confirms. It can suggest a photo caption, read a receipt, draft a reply to a text, tidy a daily log, propose schedule changes, write a call note and draft pages for your website. It never sends a message, signs a document or takes a payment on its own.

## Good to know

- Each plan includes a number of AI credits a month, and extra credit packs are optional.
- A company that runs out is paused with an option to buy more, and is never billed after the fact.
- The AI is off until the owner turns it on in Settings.
- Card and Social Security numbers are never sent to the AI provider.
