# Who can see what in my company?

Each person sees only what their role allows, and one company's information is never visible to another company. Customers and inspectors see only what you choose to share, through a link, with no account.

## Good to know

- Roles decide what someone can view, change or send, for the whole company or only for the jobs they are assigned to.
- Customers see photos only when you mark them as shared, and the copy they get has location and camera details removed.
- A client's contact details are hidden from roles that are not allowed to see them.
- An activity log records who did what for the things that matter.
