Delete your account

Effective March 13, 2025. Last updated October 26, 2026.

How to ask us to delete your account

Email support@getprospace.com from the email address, or with the phone number, you use to sign in to GetProSpace. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line and tell us the name of your business.

  • We will reply to confirm it is you, usually within a few business days. We may ask you to confirm from the account itself, so that nobody else can delete your account.
  • Once confirmed, we delete your account and personal information within 30 days, except for what we have to keep (below).
  • You can ask for a copy of your data first. Say so in your email.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in details: your name, email address, phone number and profile picture.
  • The phones and apps registered to receive your notifications and calls.
  • Your sign-in sessions and any pending sign-in codes.

What we may keep

Some records have to stay, because other people and businesses rely on them and the law may require them. We keep these without your name where we can, and only for as long as we need them:

  • Signed contracts, estimates, invoices, payments and change orders, which your customers and your business may need as evidence.
  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax and accounting records, and records needed to handle a dispute or prevent fraud.
  • Security and audit records of what happened on an account.
  • Backups, which are overwritten on a regular schedule and are not used to restore deleted accounts.

If you own a business on GetProSpace

If you are the only owner of a business, deleting your account closes that business's workspace, including its jobs, clients and phone number. Download anything you want to keep before you ask, and tell us in your email. If a business has other owners, ask them to take over, or ask us to remove only your own access.
