Made for concrete contractors

Job software for concrete contractors

Concrete work is scheduled around trucks, forms and weather, and what is underneath matters as much as what you pour. GetProSpace keeps the estimate, the delivery schedule, the form and base photos and the invoices together for every pour. Start free for 14 days. No card needed.

A driveway replacement, from the first call to the final payment

This is how a typical concrete job goes in GetProSpace. Your jobs will differ, and the steps bend to fit.

  1. The site visit

Measure the area and photograph the existing slab, the base, the drainage and anything in the way. Mark where you will cut, break and pour.

  2. An estimate by the yard and the foot

Price demolition, base, forms, concrete by the cubic yard, reinforcement and finish as separate lines. Offer add-ons such as stamped finish or a sealer.

  3. The agreement and the deposit

The customer signs online, and you bill a deposit to schedule the truck and the crew.

  4. The pour

Schedule the crew and the truck delivery. Photograph the forms, base and reinforcement before concrete covers them. Take progress photos on pour day.

  5. The finish and the final bill

Photograph the cured work, send the balance invoice, and tell the customer when it is ready to use and how to care for it.

Photos worth taking on every concrete job

Photos protect you if the work is questioned later. They are kept with the job by phase, with the time they were taken, and you choose which ones the customer sees.

  • The existing slab and surroundings before you break it
  • Drainage, tree roots and anything in the way
  • The base and forms ready for the pour
  • The reinforcement before it is covered
  • Pour day: placing, screeding and finishing
  • The cured result, edges and joints

What changes mid-job for concrete contractors

Each of these can change the price or the schedule once the work starts. A change order writes it down, sends it for approval and adds the approved amount to the job's price.

  • A weak or wet base that needs more work
  • Tree roots or buried utilities
  • A slope or drainage problem that has to be fixed
  • A larger area than first measured

What concrete contractors use most

  • Estimates and e-signed agreements

Build the estimate with packages and add-ons, send it by text from your business line or by email, and have it accepted and signed online. The concrete estimate template shows the layout.

  • Photos, marks and before-and-afters

Take photos on the job, draw arrows and circles on them, pair a before with an after, and make a PDF photo report.

  • Schedule and crews

Put each day on the calendar, assign people, and see warnings before anyone is double-booked.

  • Invoices and payment records

Bill deposits and balances, record each payment you receive, and see what is owed.

  • Changes to the price

Write up extra work, send it for approval, and keep the job's price and schedule honest.

  • Warranties

Issue a warranty certificate in your own words. For example: "We will repair cracks wider than a stated amount that are caused by our work for one year; hairline cracking is normal in concrete."

Questions from concrete contractors

Can I show a customer where I will break and pour?

Yes. Take a photo and use Mark up to draw boxes and arrows and add labels like "remove" and "new pour". Share the marked photo on the customer's link.

Can I schedule the crew and the truck delivery?

Yes. The schedule has delivery entries as well as work, inspections and meetings, and shows the days each person is booked.

How do I handle a bigger area than I first measured?

Send a change order for the added area. The customer approves online, and the approved amount is added to the job's price and its invoices.

Is GetProSpace only for concrete contractors?

No. It is made for any trade that quotes, schedules and bills jobs. The estimates, documents, warranties and roles are written in your own words.

Do I need a card to try it?
