Job software for remodelers
Remodels have long timelines, many subcontractors and plenty of change. GetProSpace keeps the contract, every change order, the photos by stage, the schedule and the money in one record, so the file is clear at the end. Start free for 14 days. No card needed.
A kitchen remodel, from the first call to the final payment
This is how a typical remodeling job goes in GetProSpace. Your jobs will differ, and the steps bend to fit.
The consultation
Meet at the home, measure, and photograph the space from every wall. Capture what the customer wants as a note on the job, and mark the photos where walls, plumbing or electrical will move.
A detailed estimate
Break the job into lines by area and trade: demolition, cabinets, countertops, plumbing and electrical, paint. Use packages for finish levels and add-ons for upgrades.
The contract and the deposit
The customer signs the contract online. Bill the deposit from the accepted estimate and record it when it arrives.
Scheduling and subcontractors
Put each phase on the schedule. Invite subs onto only the job they work on, with their scope and price, so they see nothing else. Log each day.
Changes, the final bill and the warranty
Every change goes through a change order so the price and schedule stay honest. At the end, photograph the finished space, send the balance, and issue the warranty.
Photos worth taking on every remodeling job
Photos protect you if the work is questioned later. They are kept with the job by phase, with the time they were taken, and you choose which ones the customer sees.
- Every wall of the space before demolition
- Plumbing, electrical and framing before they are covered
- Marked photos for anything that moves
- Each stage on a regular day, so progress is visible
- The finished space from the same angles as the before
- Before and after pairs of the main views
What changes mid-job for remodelers
Each of these can change the price or the schedule once the work starts. A change order writes it down, sends it for approval and adds the approved amount to the job's price.
- Hidden water damage or mold behind a wall
- Old wiring or plumbing that is not up to code
- Structural issues found when walls open
- Upgrades the customer chooses mid-job
What remodelers use most
Estimates and e-signed agreements
Build the estimate with packages and add-ons, send it by text from your business line or by email, and have it accepted and signed online. The remodeling estimate template shows the layout.
Photos, marks and before-and-afters
Take photos on the job, draw arrows and circles on them, pair a before with an after, and make a PDF photo report.
Schedule and crews
Put each day on the calendar, assign people, and see warnings before anyone is double-booked.
Invoices and payment records
Bill deposits and balances, record each payment you receive, and see what is owed.
Changes to the price
Write up extra work, send it for approval, and keep the job's price and schedule honest.
Warranties
Issue a warranty certificate in your own words. For example: "We will repair any defect in our workmanship for two years, and manufacturers' warranties apply to the products."

Questions from remodelers
How do change orders work on a long job?
Write the change, set what it adds or removes and the days it affects, and send it. The customer approves online, and the approved amount joins the job's price. You can see the agreed price and what is left to bill at any time.
Can subcontractors see my prices for the whole job?
No. A subcontractor is invited onto one job with a role you define and sees only that job and what you share. They never see other jobs or company finances.
Can I show the customer progress between visits?
Yes. Share chosen photos on the customer's link. They see only the photos you mark as shared, and a copy without location or camera details.
Is GetProSpace only for remodelers?
No. It is made for any trade that quotes, schedules and bills jobs. The estimates, documents, warranties and roles are written in your own words.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Every new company starts a 14-day Pro trial with no card.
