How do I see what a job really earned?
Record your expenses against the job, and the hours your team clocks become labor on it. The job's page then shows what was agreed, what has been collected, what has been spent and what is left, and the Finance screens show profit and loss for the company.
Step by step
- Add expenses (materials, rentals, fuel) and choose the job they belong to.
- Have your team clock in on the job, so their hours become labor.
- Open the job to see agreed price, money collected and spent so far.
- Open Finance for profit and loss and what customers owe you.
Good to know
- Receipts can be read from a photo, and you confirm what it found.
- A connected bank suggests which expense a transaction is, and you confirm.
