How do I take and share job photos?
Open the job and use Take photo or Add photos, and choose the phase the picture belongs to (site visit, before, in progress, inspection, after or warranty). Photos stay private to your team unless you choose to show one to the customer.
Step by step
- Open the job and go to its Photos.
- Choose the phase, then take a photo or pick from your library.
- Open a photo to add a caption and tags.
- To show it to the customer, turn on Show to the client. They get a copy with location and camera details removed.
Good to know
- Photos taken without signal wait on your phone and send when you are back online.
- A phase can be sealed, so its photos cannot be deleted or moved. That is useful for evidence.
- The time and place a photo was taken are visible only to people your role allows.
