How do subcontractors work?
A subcontractor is invited onto one job, with a scope and a price. They see that job and nothing else, and can accept, counter or decline. They are not a second company and they never see your other jobs or your finances.
Step by step
- Open the job and go to Subcontractors.
- Invite them by email or phone, with the scope of the work and the price.
- They accept, counter with their own scope and price, or decline.
- You see where each stands.
Good to know
- A subcontractor does not take a seat on your plan.
- What they can see on the job is set by a role you define.
